Hi, I ordered this Amp on the 7th of July and paid for 3-5 day express shipping and now it says it won’t be delivered for another week, July 23rd. Can you please tell me what the hold up is about. I tried reaching out to customer service but never heard back.

This is the second Boost desk riser I order and very impressed with the quality for the price.
Tracking number was not valid, and it took a lot of work to figure out how it was shipped, and when it would arrive.
I've order my first shipment from this seller before. It was good. the shipment box was the manufactures box. Once opened, every box was sealed with the manufactures seal. However I ordered the same thing again, only this time it did not arrive in the manufactures, shipment box. One of the packages box was not in good condition and has been opened and resealed again by someone. Even the resealing job was not good. Thanks

Yes, I would recommend this seller. I ordered 4 separate items, we received only one, when I emailed the seller to inquire where the remaining order was, he got back to me immediately. All items had been shipped at the same time, it was the shipping carriers issue not the sellers. Received the remaining 3 items within two days. Seller was very professional and caring. Thank you.
