Fantastic seller - purchased a refurbished laptop for my son for school at a great price, which arrived earlier than expected, securely packaged. There was a technical issue with the device, and my query was promptly answered, and i was sent concise and useful instructions to try. When that didn't solve the issue, a replacement device and return shipping labels were promptly sent to me. The replacement arrived quickly, and works perfectly. I would definitely recommend and use this seller again!
I was very pleased with the item I purchased. I had to remove on star (egg), though, as one piece of equipment was defective upon delivery. However, as they were able to remedy the situation swiftly when I contacted customer service, I would strongly recommend this seller. Their customer service was very responsive and cooperative and replaced the damaged piece promptly.

On Dec 16th I bought a monitor and a PC. The PC was shipped four days later and arrived a couple days after that. Today, 25 days after placing the order, I STILL don't have a monitor. In fact, all i have is several unhelpful emails stating "we'll let you know". I know things go sideways sometimes, but the utter lack of customer service and effort to fill the order is extremely disappointing.
Really good budget unit for the kid and in real good condition
Ordered a refurbished lenovo with a i5 6500, got a 6600T. Did they run out? Dunno, but I got better then what I wanted.

- One computer came with fan cover punch in causing it to rub on the fan - was able to bend it back out - Realize that it is refurbished, same computer was very dirty and case full of dust and dirt. - Have not opened the other 2 yet.
It is rather unfortunate that this seller uses Canada Post to deliver packages. When entering the shipping address at NewEgg I was unable to enter a PO box anywhere in the address. Canada Post REQUIRES a PO Box to do a delivery. The shipment got returned and I was charged an additional delivery fee. I find this to total unacceptable!

The unit arrived quicker then expected which was fantastic, but unfortunately there was an issue with the computers functionality that prevented it from working. However, Advanced Computers were easy to contact directly and repaired the issue very quickly without charge and the computer is working perfectly now.

Laptop (T460) plus SSD and Dock arrived in good time and good condition. Very pleased with price and product, as has been my experience. I did, however, place the order on a weekend using VISA debit. Because the Newegg order expected an immediate authorization on the "VISA" payment but the debit authorization would not clear until the next business day, Newegg's system cancelled the order. VISA the held the funds (cash from account) for 7 days (5 business days plus weekend). I reordered on the Monday and that went through no issues. But between the bank, VISA, and the vendor, the initial ordering process, and subsequent fund paralysis, was frustrating.
