The hard drive was not properly packaged. I am concerned that it could have been damaged in shipping. Terrible. Package properly.

Pros: works great and was as easy as install and go. Cons: none Only issue I had was with purlators delivery being late while the card was in my town for 48 hours before being delivered!
I will buy again. I need a part to get my PC back up and running and they delivered on time without issue. I'm very happy.

I do recommend Newegg if you live in canada for not paying shipping fees. Delivery was late even when I paid extra for faster shipping. All my parts arrived organized and not damaged. Overall I succeeded to build my computer with all parts from Neweg
