Mixing HDMI and DP sources causes a mild delay when switching and several screen sync blackout flashes caused when trying to use older cables. HDMI in must match HDMI out & DP in must match DP out, there is no crossover. New cables and careful matching of input and output display types for each device and everything works as advertised.
A small KVM but does everything I need for 2 Computers.
Seller was responsive to my troubles getting my Apple TV to transmit a 4K signal to my projector which is 35 ft. away. I solved this by using a 4K fibre optic cable with an HDMI repeater at the end by the projector. Works great now.

Though the product to a bit to get here, Amify made sure before they sent me the item that the PCIe cables matched the Power Supply Unit that it was going to connect to. Now, that is attention to detail and good customer service.
Nice seller
Although the product had misleading description and had to be returned, the seller fully refunded me and was very polite. Good customer service but they still sold a product under false pretenses (No driver support on modern Windows when it was specifically claimed to have support in product description).
Never received my order
I ended up having an issue with one of the charging boxes and set up an RMA. The seller contacted me directly and advised they would send a new one without the need for a return of the charging box. Great service and awesome customer service.
I like these keyboards. I use 7 of them. I wait until they are on sale. I especially like the included mouse pad. I can walk around and use the computer.

Received the wrong item, I told CSR I wanted the correct one, I chatted again with another CSR and was told I was getting a refund instead. Explained again and told CSR I wanted the correct one. Spoke to a third CSR and that didnt work. Not impressed and will unlikely buy in the future. Too bad bc I buy for a company. Newegg cooked itself now.
