Worst English ever gave up trying to get refund since they didn't understand a word I said and made no sense with what they tried To say to me
its still not here, its been over 2 months and there is never a status update on the delivery unless i email someone and ask them to inquire about it, then it gets updated, and stays at that state until i email once again to ask when its going to be here. very disappointed in the wait time for this to come in, you're better spending the extra money and just get it sooner.

Not sure what happened with this order Was to be shipped within 20-32 days (I think that is what it said) I could see in the tracking the order was being processed. After 32 days I contacted seller by email to get an update They did respond within 24 hours and said that they would check and get back to me. They didn’t get back to me they just canceled my order a few days later. No problem getting my money refunded.
Very, very, very slow shipping. They advertise 10-15 day delivery. I waited 6 weeks for mine. They sound ok but there is no noise canceling thats for sure.

It came in really fast. In this covid-19 situation everything get lost in the mail, but this mouse came in just fine. Speed and accuracy are good, love the mat coating, make it easy to grab. Small down point for me, i think i like ambidextrous mouse better, but that just my problem.
I don't have yet my order. I ordered it april 24 and it's almost 1 month now. I hope O can have it soon.☹️
It's now over a month since I ordered and I still haven't received my product. It's in Canada, in Vancouver specifically, but somehow hasn't been given to Canada Post, despite a shipping label having been created. COVID related challenges aside, it shouldn't take 20 days for someone to get my product to Canada Post after it's landed.
My credit card was charged on April 17th for the product that was ordered with a shipping time of 8-15 days. After checking the tracking information multiple times to see the status of my shipment, it still showed as 'Processing'. I reached out to the chat group at Newegg and they informed me that the vendor shipped May 6th but as of May 14th I have still not received my package.

I haven’t even receive it yet and its almost been a month since a order it.
Been a month since i've ordered. april 3rd, ordered april 4th, label has been created april 17th, item shipped Since then, the tracking website says: Arrived at Sort Facility SHENZHEN We are now may 3rd and at this point, I think I will order the same item but from somewhere else.
This is a good looking keyboard. That's about where the 'pros' end. This thing is loud AF. If you want to alienate everyone in your house or office: jackpot. Also, the keys need to be pressed down so deep it feels like typing on an old timey typewriter. Boooo.
The product was good and matches the order. The delivery takes a bit of time as it is shipping from overseas.
