I looked for an alternative to (the online competitor you don't want me to name) and was delighted to find newegg was able to supply the battery I needed at a reasonable price with good shipping time. I am hopeful the battery will last.

Product is as advertised, but I am surprised that the capacity of the battery is not much different than the one I replaced. Hope it improves.

Ordered item was delivered ahead of date expected. Terrific service.

Aftermarket battery for an alienware/dell laptop, it came with charging and first-time-use instructions, which were actually helpful. This laptop from 2014 lives again!! Battery works great. Great price as well

The new product that I bought from BattPit is fully functional and has no exterior flaws. So glad I bought from him! It arrived at my home very quickly too!

The AC adapter I bought had a straight connector, clearly unlike the right-angled connector highlighted in the product picture. Perhaps amenable to an exchange, I asked if they offered a right-angle version. Rather than answering that question, I was told to fill out an "attached" RMA form (which had actually been removed by Newegg's message system) to return the "battery [sic]". I followed up, pointing out the mistakes and asking the question again, and this time I was given an RMA number and an (international) return address. Aside from the ridiculousness that return postage would cost me about as much as any refund for this, the seller still, after two attempts, didn't answer whether they had a product consistent with the one they pictured.

One thing I think is bad is that they list like 100 different products that are all just the same thing as far as I can tell. They have a different product listing for each separate compatibility, but the thing is that it's all the same product in every single way. They have bloated product listing that are not user friendly, and what they're doing should be against Newegg's store terms (I don't know what their terms are, but this shouldn't be allowed). 1 product page for each physical product should be how it is. Just list all the compatible devices on that one product's description/page.

Lots of confusion , even from HP customer support , regarding correct battery for my model of laptop , but one that BattPit listed was correct . Went from 20 minutes battery life to 4 hours , pretty good so far.

Battery does not last as long as wished.

battery was defective

Brought an old laptop back from the dead. Found both the RAM and battery needed to upgrade here at Newegg.

Battery works well. It's been a week I've been using it, and haven't had any issues. I have an old laptop (Asus G75VX from 2012) and battery lasts about 2-3 hours on normal usage (Browsing, software downloads, watching videos, runnning antivirus)

Good replacement but the problem was the DC jack!!! (AC adapter not recognized).

The product was shipped very quickly and was easy to install.
