Great little HDMI switcher for my Blu-ray and PC. It didn't work on my cable box, probably had some type of blocker on it.

I got my motherboard really quick, even though it came from China. Amazing customer service and the product itself is really good.
No instruction, not what i espected
My package never arrived. I've waited a month. Now the company is on "vacation" until June 20, so I can't even have a refund processed until then. Unbelievable.
Tracking info is taking ages to update. I have no clue if my product is still on track or lost. I wish I could have order it somewhere else.
Easy Setup ,Lots Of Power
The seller sent the product quickly and it went through customs quickly. Canada Post picked it up and did not assign it a tracking number, so it lingered under their 'en route' category for well over a month, could not be located by Canada Post and then was suddenly delivered. Canada Post was far from helpful through the whole process. During the whole delivery fiasco the seller was very responsive and helpful.

Didn’t receive yet and its been a month
The product worked as described. I just wish the shipping time was shorter.
Great product arrived prompt quick response to my inquiry only 4 stars as no instructs come with the mouse charging time etc.
Item was broken on arrival, but minorly, so it wasn't clear why it was broken but ended up breaking my cpu when trying to lock it in....

nothig to say service on time ,dilivery on time .
The motherboard worked fine,everything booted up. But when I went to connect my ethernet it said i didnt have the right adapter for it, so i went into the motherboards box and there were no driver cds, and with no website to go off i was stuck with no way of getting internet

there was a problem with the documentation and the actual board , attempted to contact seller multiple times and failed to receive any reply I would not recommend this seller. will contact newegg to try to resolve requested a return from seller and again no reply , very disappointing
