Seller was good. The product shipped quickly, and was exactly as described. Newegg on the other hand was impossible to contact. I wanted to cancel the order, but could not contact Newegg or find any way to cancel the order. It's not worth paying to ship the product back, so I'm keeping it, but was not what I expected from a well known company like Newegg.
Works perfectly. Can play 1080p HEVC 10bit. Setting it up was easy. Note that you absolutely need internet to set this thing up. You need to link it to your router, and can't skip this step and won't be able to proceed further. But once the setting is complete, whether there's internet or not, this thing will work just fine. I was buying this as a present and wanted to set it up before hand. Update is automatic, so that's a plus. You'll need a remote keyboard if you intend on using internet with it. A Bluetooth one would be better since there's only one USB port, and I'm using it to plug an external Hard Drive. Anyway, so far I'm satisfied with this product.
On time, undamaged, very happy with the purchase. Was hard to find MiBox in Canada, especially with free shipping.
