NewEgg sent me a notice that my order was delayed two weeks after I received the delivery. There was no way to confirm the order arrived. There seems to be a communication gap between seller, tracking, and NewEgg. I am pleased with the delivery speed and I have been looking everywhere for an original "HyperX Cloud Core Gaming Headset" so am overjoyed this seller had it. The packaging was appropriate, I recommend this seller.to confirm delivery through NewEgg?

The camera shipped on time and was packaged extremely well. This PTZ camera works like a charm using zoneminder and vlc. The built-in microphone is sensitive. PTZ works fast. Night vision is among the best of the 10 cameras I have. I don't think you can find better value at the moment. Highly recommended.

I sent out two of the scanners to be used, and both don't work (one is dead completely and the other sounds like a cement mixer). I haven't even had a chance to check the other three, but I'm expecting the same. Basically, it looks like I purchase 5 duds.

DHL in china is slower than molasses running up hill, took almost 2 weeks to pick up the package and a week to leave Hong Kong, arrived in North America and I recieved it in 3 or 4 days, I ordered the Hikvision NVR, i'm in Canada, so if you order be prepared to wait 3 weeks before it even leaves China, I emailed the company and asked if DHL was on strike, a huge difference in shipping in Canada than China, but the company did email me and ask if I received my product, I would order from this company again but I wish they would have said in their shipping details that it takes over a month to get a product delivered to Canada , so heads up if you are in North America, Cheers :)

Ordered a product from this seller a month ago, and they emailed me stated the product I ordered was out of stock, so I requested cancellation. Turns out the checked the wrong product, and processed to ship the product to me even though I requested cancellation. I did still want the product but the fact they decided to ship the product without asking me if I still wanted to cancel my order first is very unprofessional, and is not how you operate in the retail industry.

Kind-of slow shipping time but that is to be expected now-a-days.

It arrived right before Christmas weekend. Manufactured in China, and took about 2 weeks to reach Canada. Off the bat, plugged it in and it worked. Keys clearly are red switches which is quiet but still gives off a click, and I see the extra layering under to prevent spills and dust. The hand rest is like extra for me because I can play without them but its great to have. It doesn't come with a key cap remover but that's fine for me because I have 2 already. A test of time will determine whether this will remain a 5 star but otherwise, I'm satisfied.
