These people claimed that I had a phone conversation with their technician. This was not true. They claimed the purchased item was intended for Android systems. The box, however, clearly indicates it's for Windows and Mac (with no mention of Android anywhere). Do they not know their products? The box also indicates the item is plug and play. That was not my experience.
Product arrived fast, and works fine.
Did not like the purchase item, NewEgg took it back with a re-stocking fee though...
By far the best Android box I've tried. Solid build. Fast performance and nice UI.
