Item did not work when arrived, seller never returned contact request
After waiting a month and a half for product to show up it's not here... Got the delivery notification but nothing in my mail box. Very Very mediocre.
Didnt ship the right product, contacted them and they said they werent going to. 1/5 eggs only cause I cant give 0/5

The seller shipped the wrong item and wanted me to return the item to China for a refund. After contacting Newegg customer support , they refunded my payment under their warranty terms. Thank you Newegg!
Long delay getting the product - will not be using this supplier again
The product came from China and I live in Canada. It took some time to get here but everything is fine and I'm satisfied.
I have yet to receive this item. This seller is a very poor reflection on you. I will not order anything from this website ever again. Your customer service was helpful, but basically put all the onus on the seller to get me this item, and when the seller contacted me I was told that they were on vacation and would get back to me, but never did. I highly doubt I will receive this item. They sent a tracking number but with no website to track it on. It looks as though there are several questionable websites this item can be tracked on, but I am not putting myself and my personal information more at risk than it already is. If you are going to advertise something on your website you should be able to back it up. Extremely unsatisfied.

Item received was not what was ordered. as for delivery time, it took approx 2 months but due to shipping from china during covid-19 affected conditions, i expected the delay. due to the low price of the item its not worth my time to pursue the customer service experience.
