really cheap decent laptop 8ik keys do not work, but with onboard keyboard its fine for the price.

I bought a refurbished computer and it was still locked to a company in the states. No matter what i did i couldn't reset it so it was basically a brick. Giant waste of time.
Love this store even though Canada Post held my laptop till strike was over
I did get my refund promptly! after I cancelled my order because I could not wait for the postal strike to end. I ended getting the same one at local retailer but it did cost me more $$$. Would have given 5 stars if it had arrived on time.
Generally it is a good idea to judge companies based on what they do when things go wrong; Canadian Electronics wins top points on that front. Placed an order for a laptop - CE reached out the next day to advised that they were out of stock, but offered either a full refund or my pick of several comparable models (+ a solid discount). Happily chose one of the comparable models. Arrived on time, works great, and got to save a few $. Very happy. Top notch customer service skills & communication.
Purchased a Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2 Gaming Mouse, and was sent the older model. Extremely unimpressed. I hope you right this wrong.
-Item was shipped with windows 10 installed, it was advertised as coming pre installed with windows 11. No issues as free upgrade was available and went smoothly. - Unfortunately, following the update to Windows 11, the Lenovo Thinkpad 480 was unable to restart following a sleeping state. Every time, you tried to use the computer after being in sleep mode, either with the case closed or with case open, the laptop would never turn on and instead it crashes and restarts.
Selling (latest) model and charges for the latest model but sends your a older model. Low key scam

I did not receive the item on time; and they made an error on my delivery address that caused a extra four day delay. I still have not received delivery so I don't know if the item is as described.
