I received my order on time and exactly as promised. It was a WD 5TB My Passport Portable Storage External Hard Drive; I am very happy with it and the price was also very reasonable. The only suggestion I would have is to use an alternative to Canada Post (e.g., Purolator, FedEx). CP has not been very reliable lately, even with the strike over. On the last day my item was to be delivered, instead of my package, the tracking had shown that a notice was put in my community mailbox. (we do have larger compartments in the mail box container; it could have easily fit in it). They did not even bother bringing it with them. I was in town, so I asked where it is, so I can pick it up myself but it was some where between main post office and the Shoppers outlet where most of my packages arrive. The notice was not in my mail box even after 2 days. When I asked at the Shoppers outlet, they where able to find it with the tracking number and with my ID, I was able to retrieve it when I went back to town in a few days. First, they didn't even deliver the notice, second, I wouldn't have to go through that if they just bothered to place the package in my mailbox, as they were supposed to. They're cutting corners too much. Maybe you can offer a choice of a carrier while placing an order; people may choose to pay a bit rather than rely on Canada Post. Otherwise; all is good; thanks!

Item is different color because the original color is B.O. but i'm preffers the colore received. The seller offered me another color option with the same specs.

I ordered a Razer Hyperspeed 3, which arrived several days before its due date, so that was appreciated. However, the wireless mouse was missing the wireless dongle that is required for the operation of one of the modes the mouse offers. I immediately requested a replacement and sent the mouse back on the same day I received it. The seller then claimed that the box had everything, as it was factory sealed. If it was factory sealed then why was it missing this vital component? After asking this question I was met with silence and a thankful full refund. The lack of communication from the seller and their inability to provide a replacement is rather disappointing.

The product did not fit the description, when I sent it back, they did not have the product that they listed and sold to me in stock. They refunded me instead. Womp womp :/ Looking for another laptop.
