The order has been received before the expected date. The seller not mention on the description the phone was for the Malasia market and the WIFI 5Ghz (standard in America/Canada) is not available on the phone. That explain the low price. The seller refund me with around 7% restocking fee that was very raisonable and the back transport was included. I recommand this seller.

Ordered part on Jan 5, 2022. Only see a shipping label made on Jan 6, 2022, and nothing more. It's the end of the day Jan 11, 2022. By today I would have expected the part to have actually been passed to the courier/mail company. Contacted seller and they said shipper had issues delivering to business address. Changed delivery to a residential address and it was delivered two days later. Part looks to be exactly what was described and ordered. Will test this weekend to see how it performs.

Jan 5 2022. Delivery by Canada Post was slow, but 'tis the Season! OEM battery is good quality and reasonably priced, no knock-off. Will keep my old LG K4 2017 going for another five... I recommend CellSmart.

I purchased a replacement battery for my Asus Zenfone 3 (Ze552KL). The battery arrived faster than expected and fit the phone perfectly. Removing the back of the phone intact is by far the hardest part. Ensure you start prying it off by the corner, and be extremely patient to allow the glue to slowly break away from the phone body. Heating the edges of the back of the phone seems to be more important than heating the center in my opinion. I did break the back cover, but sourced a replacement quickly. The replacement battery has been working well for a full month now with no issues.

Initially, cycled off a few times (similar to very bad battery), but stayed up a few seconds more each time until circling arrow appeared, then no more shutoffs. Probably because it was new and never charged yet. Held 1st charge for 5 days in standby, like a new one should.

Item was delivered early which was very nice and was as advertised. I would recommend this site to others.

This was a very competitive price for a cell battery and it came very quickly. I was not able to buy one in person due to COVID shutdowns and I was afraid I might order the wrong one but everything was fine.

The battery seems as expected, though the toolkit was poor quality.

I ordered the item on 22 Nov, they provided me with invoice and shipping details on the next day. The tracking number they provided never indicated that anything more than a label was created. I checked a few times. On 2 Dec I chatted with Newegg, it was a generated response system asking me for my purchase order number. I typed it in, it said Tim will be there in 48 hours. Item arrived on 4 Dec. the tracking provided still does not show anything more than label created 23 Nov. The customer service is a robot. It took the item 12 days to arrive. A rival online seller does it in 2 days. For these reasons I’ve rated Newegg a 3. Probably never shop there again. BTW, I named the other online seller that is widely used, Newegg deems that name offensive, FYI.
