Didn't have the Lenovo notebook in stock I ordered (understandable, there is lag between multiple people purchasing online and processing an order). Offered me a choice of 3 different comparable (better) Lenovo substitutes. Arrived within 2 business days, perfect condition, absolutely nothing to complain about. Would purchase from CompuPoint again without hesitation.

The item arrived as described and within the expected time. The tracking number was useless, as it only ever indicated that a label was printed and never indicated that it was shipped or anything else. I don't think that had anything to do with the seller, however.
