I recently bought this great laptop last month, which I really love using. The specs were as described: 17 laptop, Windows 11 Pro, 4TB SSD storage, 20GB RAM, Intel Core i7, quad core processor etc. For the specs & price, you cant beat this. I had the option of free delivery, but choose to pay for fast shipping and I got it quite fast. I highly recommended it for anyone interested in a good laptop with great specs that wont break your bank account.
1- very fast! way faster than my old HP. 2- I wanted a silver one but the Gold actually grows on you. 3- the 250GB space storage is gonna be tricky maybe in a year

I bought this laptop to use as a daily driver for university. Delivery was quick and came on the exact date that it said online. Opening the package, it came with exactly what it said it would in the product description, without anything missing. The product has excellent build quality and does everything I need for school without any problems so far, and I have not needed to contact support with any problems. Was a little bit reluctant to buy a custom Thinkpad from a third party seller at first, however after my experiences with this seller I can confidently say that buying from them is reliable and they deliver on their word. Overall, would definitely recommend buying from this seller.

I bought four for employees working from home in different cities and had them shipped separately. The users have said they are enjoying using them. They arrived earlier then expected with no issues getting up and running, which was very important. Side note: as I bought four in rapid succession, NewEgg confirmed I did indeed intend to buy them and had not made a mistake, which I appreciate.
They delayed my item like three times at least.
Laptop arrived and works well and specs are corrected but the power cord it was shipped with isn’t the right one, not sure how that happened. They shipped out a new one after I contacted them but after a few days I asked for tracking and discovered it had been returned to them and now they’ve sent it out again. So happy with the item but the overall experience has been a bit troublesome.
The seller was very good, no problems there, but the product is not one i would recommend for seniors or anyone with poor eyesight. The red backlight on the keys renders them very difficult to read, so I had to return it. Nice design, red a bit intriguing but overall, not great for people my age /poor eyesight. Sorry.

The seller exceeded my expectations. The laptop was a gift and my wife is very happy with it.
It was apparent that the laptop has originally came with more SSD and Optane and had been unskillfully modified by someone, as resold at a cheaper price. The laptop's underneath plate was not closed properly, needed more push to click and fit in place. The screws were rounded due to excess torque, which shows whoever downgraded the 512/32GB SSD/Optane to a 128GB SSD was doing a poor job.
I do not recommend this seller. Ordered this item with 2 hard drive, 1 sdd and 1 hdd including windows 10 pro, but received laptop with only 1 hard drive (hdd) and windows 10 home in safe mode. I was really disapointed. So unusable laptop
I'm not satisfied of your product ! On the announcement the battery was supposed to have 12 hours of life but it only work during 1 or 2 hours The exploration system is very slow
I ordered my laptop and still have not received it. I have contacted support 2 times now and they keep telling me it's on the way. When I check the tracking it says it hasn't even shipped yet. I understand that with covid some companies are running at a reduced capacity however, I was given no notification that they were one of them. It's been over 2 weeks since my order and I'm guessing I'm probably waiting at least another two weeks.
