It came quick and is exactly as described

- I will never recommend buying from this seller. I returned a motherboard. The motherboard had a plastic casing that made impossible for my graphics card to fit. After they got my return they hold it for 10 days without issuing me a refund. When the return window closed they came up with the excuse that there was a broken screw in the cover that hold the M.2 disk. claiming that I did the damage. This claim is totally FAKE, when I realized that my card was not going to fix I packed the MB and sent it back to them. I did not touched at all that section of the motherboard and now they are trying to set me up with a broken motherboard they probably had laying around. They keep saying that I return the MB because the graphics card did not fit (which is correct) but that there is physical damage in the board and a refund can't be issued to me. So tell me how I was going to be able to write in the return reason about that broken screw when I had no idea it was there when I did not even touched that part of the board? Please make it make sense please. Also the person they have replying to their customer in the email has a big mouth and is disrespectful. If you buy from new egg make sure it says sold and shipped by new egg. Never had an issue before, but in my first experience buying from DEAL TARGETS I found the worst scammers in the business.

Arrived way before time and no damage at all.

Item was a described, sealed, undamaged, at a very good price. Shipping was supposed to be between the 11th and 14th, arrived on the 7th, so very early. I'd buy again.

Company responsible for delivery never sent me a notice telling me that I have to collect the item in the next 5 days. It got sent back to the warehouse.

An error happened somewhere either in the order or the seller...

Item sold was not delivered and instead got a totally different item. Immediately was told "we will reship or refund depends on the inventory". Seems like a slimy bait and switch - offer an item, don't have it, keep the money until the completely different item is returned (arrives at the seller) and then give the money back. I would suggest that you never buy from this seller and in fact, I will not be buying from Newegg again.

I did did buy 3 times in about 3 weeks. The only 1 concern was the first package was in bubble envelope package, yes the item is boxed with original box inside the envelope, but been slightly blemished by delivery guy who literally thrown it in front of my door, but at least, the unit is made of metal, only the bottom corner screw holder wing been slightly plied, but unit works as it should, so I didn't bothered the seller for that slight damage, it's not the seller's fault. The 2 later units arrived in perfect condition double boxed, shipped the same day as order and arrive fast enough, and it's a very good product.

Item arrived arrived as described and well packaged. Slight annoyance at delivery delay, having paid extra for rapid delivery but considering Canada Post strike, somewhat understandable.

They made a mistake on my order but were very good about setting up a return and refunded the full cost including shipping. Honest seller.

There was a small communication failure with this seller, but it was resolved within a day and my items were delivered as ordered and ahead of schedule.

The product arrived as described, I got what I ordered as one would expect. It's unfortunate to say FedEx is still living up to every package delivered is a damaged carelessly handle package. Leaving 3 eggs as the seller needs to rethink their logistics partnership.

Totally recommend this seller. On time and best quality on arrival. Awesome board and price too. If you need an ITX AMD board with no more and no less than todays standards, A620 is the one.
