I highly recommend this seller for laptop battery replacements. The seller had the specific battery part that fit my ASUS gaming laptop. It arrived just in time to get the laptop working for mid terms at school.
New battery fits perfectly and is working well. No issue what so ever. Very happy. Highly recommended.
From packaging to delivery this product is great. Seems to be a direct replacement. Hopefully it last longer than the last replacement battery, which was not a "Dr. Battery" item.

I would recommend this battery to people who are looking for a replacement. Though keep in mind it is 84Wh rather than 97Wh, which is what my laptop came with originally. I hadn't looked at the specs carefully enough. Battery is working well so far, don't have any complaints. Battery lasts for at least 5-6 hours, but your mileage may vary. Battery was shipped and received on time, and seller/Newegg got back to me quickly when address needed to be changed.

I ordered a replacement battery for my laptop & that is what i got It is not the exact battery that is installed but no one carries that It is the only one I found that even mentions my model # & has the specs that are in the range that my laptop needs Arrived before specified date
I don't recommend this product. The battery is without the harness. The computer can't detect the battery. Physically the battery is ok. But I recommend the GSM10 because it came with the harness
Works great, we can now use our laptop as it was intended to be used in the first place.
I would recommend 100% especially because my laptop is alive again. so far is working fine and is lasting around 4 hours and 2 hours playing video games! happy I will address the new review passing sometime.
This battery fit an almost 10 year old 17" Dell laptop that was still useful for videos, some online work, etc. because of its big screen. But, as soon as it was unplugged, it shut down. This new battery gives it 2 or 3 hours of power - not great by today's standards but this is more of a desktop replacement where *long* unplugged periods are rare.
Good communication. Even though the product was due to issues with Canada's logistics during winter and covid.
