34 days and still waiting for my purchase that was advertised as being shipped from Toronto. It wasn't until after I paid that the shipping information revealed the item was shipping from China.

I contacted the seller after receiving my order as there were a couple of issues that I had with what they had sent. They addressed one concern with what was ordered, but completely skipped over the fact that one of the laser pens was defective and it will not hold batteries as it springs apart when trying to screw the two pieces together. They didn't have what I ordered, they refused to acknowledge the defective product and this after it was several weeks beyond what was anticipated. Hard to give Christmas presents when dealing with jokers like this. Do not buy!!!! Find another seller that has a decent reputation, or at least someone with some customer service skills. I gave them a chance to make things right, but maybe because English isn't their primary language they are incompetent when it comes to providing customer service. Very disappointed both with the experience and the cheap products. Not worth a nickel!

I originally bought, the fan advertised for my clients make and model. After a month, I got the fan and it didnt fit. Through messages with many days of back and forth, I sent pictures of the right fan. After many days, I got a link to the "right" fan, bought it more than a month ago. Since the computer died from overheating. Still don't have the fan.

The fan came as described and works great. The shipping was really fast, however there was an extra cost that i paid after it entered into the border control and which was associated with the "brokerage" even though i had chosed the expensive delivery method which was supposed to include Duty & Brokerage. But this is not something that the seller can control when shipping internationally, I guess. And also they helped me and refunded me, after i emailled to them. So thanks for the service!

I ordered a mobile hotspot, which took a few days longer to arrive than had been stated. After all that waiting, it turned out to be defective, so I contacted ETopSell about it. They responded promptly to my first message, but then went completely silent after I followed up with them. It's been 9 days since then (and I've even emailed them since), and still no response. Just waiting for Newegg to work through the claim I placed.

Item not available from supplier. ETopSell notified me and provided a refund. Seller recommended.

Item was in great working order, had no problems with it an it fixed the problem.

This is the first time that I've ordered off of Newegg and I don't think I'll be doing it again. The seller still hasn't even shipped my cable yet

I bought this video card a month ago. Minutes after paying for the card I realized the card was a fake. I asked newegg to cancel my order first thing the next morning. I got an email back a couple hours later from the seller saying the item was already shipped. A month later here we are, the fake video card has still not arrived.

I have not received my order to date. Nov 27th. Not impressed.

4 week and still not in transit

After contacting the seller regarding return since I had made an incorrect order, I was told return shipping would be more than the cost of the actual product. Although their return policy stated only a 15% restocking fee, there are hidden charges. I will update once the case has been hopefully resolved.

Support was over expectations!

Never use this seller, ordered a cable online and it said 8-12 days it took 5-6 weeks to arrive

Speedy as always with Newegg, as described. Very satisfied.
