I ordered a sata to ODE drive adapter that was depicted to have a selectable jumper to switch between slave and master. The one I recieved was completely different from the pictures on the listing and was of the cheapest quality. No jumper to be found, rendering it completely useless to me. My attempt to contact them was met with silence. No response what so ever. Will be contacting Newegg.

Spent a couple months waiting for a keyboard to ship, but nothing ever updated on the tracking information page and all of a sudden I have a bunch of emails from newegg saying something about an RMA and giving me a shipping label for an item I never received.

Pros: Very satisfying to trow in the garbage can. Cons: Oh boy... where to start... First, I really don't recommend this product. I'm a Teacher, and I needed this camera before the end of school year for my work. Also, I live in Canada, and I figured, since Newegg is a Canadian company, the item would arrive faster without having to cross any international border. Wrong... Instead of the advertised 2 weeks max, it took over 6 weeks to arrive from China. Too late of course. By then, school was over. The packaging was also lacking. It came loose inside a brown cardboard box with a bit of bubble wrap under it (clearly not enough). No user's manual, instructions sheet, or anything else. Flimsy looking, the plastic it's made from is thin and looks fragile. Some rubber parts seemed already scratched. There's no brand name anywhere on it. You could already tell right from the start this was a cheaply made product. There's a wheel dial on the cord to adjust the intensity of the LED lights. You'll be happy to learn that they have 2 wonderful settings: not bright enough, and too bright. Basically nothing in between. When you turn the wheel, you just go from one to the other. Also, most people won't be able to plug it in the front panel of their PC, since you need to plug a USB port AND an audio jack if you also want to use the microphone. As others have mentioned already, the zoom is fixed, and way too zoomed-in. This makes it unusable, unless you place it very far from your face. Of course, the cord isn't long enough to allow that. So if you only want to stream an closeup of your pretty eyes, this will be perfect for you! And also, the clamp has no spring in it, so it doesn't stay clamped to anything for very long... It always slides off, unless you just put it on a flat surface. Forget attaching it on top of your laptop, it won't hold. I hope you have duct tape... Oh and one last funny thing (but not haha funny) there's a button on top of it, that does absolutely nothing! It's just there to make it look more high tech, I guess.

It took a very long time and the item was incorrect. Doesn't even work properly for my phone.

Ordered this item on May 15th, tracking # has been on "Packaging" since then. Tried reaching out to the seller only to be told that they're on vacation until June 19th, when Newegg's Marketplace Policy specifically asks them to clear any outstanding orders before going on vacation. I don't believe you should trust this seller and I'll leave this up unless they actually get in contact with me or ship my order like they're supposed to.

Hello we have not received the item as of yet??....how do we get a refund for this? It has been over a month.

Item came cracked in the shipment.

Very flimsy plastic build. Good designed but side buttons are not working. Cheap in price and quality not worth buying.

The product was delivered in a reasonable amount of time, quicker than some. The packaging was simple but more than adequate for the small part. The product listing matched the product exactly, better than some. Critical requirement for any purchase - it works. Quite happy with this order.

never recieved item waited a month and now since it is past promised delivery date I have put in a claim for a refund. Supplier had 2 days to respond to claim and now at 3 days I have still not heard anything.

My tracking number was of no use but my keyboard arrived early and in excellent shape. It was even charged and ready to use. would recommend and would buy from again

Item was not right one ! they sent a T adaptor which does not fit my Laptop! i needed straight thru adaptor! SAD! Did not get what i ordered.

Difficult to evaluate, i did not have it in my hand. Ordered in january 11 and we are febuary 7. Maybe next time my evaluation will be better.
