I am very pleased with the clock I received. Unlike my old clock that I could hear ticking all the time, this clock is silent which I appreciate. The memory SD card I received was also a good value.

I would recommend, everything was packed and delivery was secure.

This computer was ordered May 22nd. I have not received it yet. Keeps saying “in transit” when I check the tracking number.

It's been 15 days since I ordered and yet I'm still waiting for my order to come in I've been told once that it was gonna come in the next day then I waited a week and was told it was gonna come in another day and it didn't I'm still waiting for this mouse to come

Computers nice but came a week later then said it that's due to the corona situation I'm sure. It was packaged great and have no issues. First and not the last ordering from them.

i would suggest using another company than canada post for your packages . my package hasnt moved for three weeks and is only an hour away from me .

A little difficult navigating their page. Finding deals is a hit and miss using Google but still more accurate than navigating the Newegg site.

I would recommend this seller to other people. The only reason the item was not delivered on time was due to the pandemic and staffing problems with Canada Post. The product was perfect! I love it and it works wonderfully. I would recommend that the seller use courier delivery services during the pandemic, rather than Canada Post, but other than that everything was great. I ordered an item for a birthday gift on April 10 and, since the birthday was April 26, I decided to spring for the 30 extra dollars or so for expedited delivery. Even given the pandemic situation, I assumed that an expedited delivery (3-5 business days) would be more than quick enough. Well was I wrong! The item wasn't labelled until April 13, and not picked up by Canada Post (the carrier) April 15. I finally received the item today (April 27), a day too late. I know that the blame for this doesn't lie solely on the seller, rather the seller and the carrier both dropped the ball. Long story short, don't waste your money on "expedited delivery" and don't expect to receive your package on time!

After 16 days of placing my order it is still not received !!. The first order the tracking number shows never shipped after 7 days . No one from Newegg or the seller vendor contacted me to tell what was going on. After 4 live chat sessions and 3 phone calls to Newegg. The seller vendor tell me shipping another order 6 days ago. For the last 4 days been asking for the new tracking number as the 2nd tracking number First Tech Deals provided me Canada Post shows ever day as an invalid number. Tomorrow is day 17 and have know idea if and when item is coming. What a joke. Would recommend not to buy from this vendor First Tech Deals or Newegg. Long time since so dis-satisfied.

Battery drains faster than expected. Not for gaming, but does very well for on the go needs.
