The Macbook Pro arrived with a 500Gb ssd drive IT WAS NOT the 1Tb ssd drive i'd originally ordered. On February 6th, i contacted the seller GAINSAVER who informed me via telephone, Gainsaver would issue a $50 to me for shipping the INCORRECT PART. . GAINSAVER FAILED TO REFUND $50

This unit arrived DEP locked to an educational institution. I could not install the operating system. I had to reach out directly to the educational institution and three days later I managed to persuade them to unlock the system.

Setup was a little weird. Refurbished Mac came with some default "Admin" account. Everything on the machine was tied to this account, so when I tried to migrate my existing Mac stuff, it did not go smoothly. That Parallels Desktop stuff in particular, tied to that one account and that one account only.

The refurbished laptop is working smoothly. communicating with customer service was AMAZING. (I am impressed with the patience and how I was treated on the phone and while texting)

This is the second purchase Ive made from this company. The quality of the product is without a doubt top notch. The iMac I received was in new condition, everything works as it should and it was shipped within their time frame. This company is definitely worth 5 eggs. ⭐

My order was shipped on time and arrived when promised. Item was packaged professionally, so no damage occurred during shipping. As for the unit itself, I was concerned with a product thats rated as A condition and yet the price reflects more of a D condition. So I was amazed when this gem arrived looking like it just came off the factory floor. It booted up right away, and they even included a quick start sheet, to remind you to change the passwords and a few other items. All in all I am very impressed with this company, in my opinion they are worth all 5 eggs

Excellent price for "refurbished" 2017 Macbook Air with no details in listing about battery cycle or exact condition. I chose to gamble and hope for a clean machine without too many hours but this machine is NEW or virtually so. Battery cycle count of 3 and no visible marks anywhere. Shipped in original packaging and everything. Better than I could have hoped. I probably just got lucky but they earned a great review anyway.

I received a used MacMini. After seeing a speck of dust hanging from the bottom, I decided to unclip the bottom to see why there was dust hanging from the bottom of the unit. I found big clumps of dust obstructing the ventilation grid. (I took pictures...) The unit was obviously not refurbished as it has never been cleaned and the bottom cover never been removed. I contacted the seller only to be answered by an automated message that requested me to send back the unit (at my expense of time and money) and to wait another 10 days for the return to be processed. I signified clearly to the seller that I had no intention of spending time and money for a "mistake" they made. Only to be answered by another half automated message saying sorry you are having issues with your order. So basically I paid a refurbished price for a used un-refurbished unit. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed with the order and how this seller treats its clients. Never again will I buy from GainSaver.

Highly recommended mac mini was perfect and upgraded to Mac OS Monterey. I had my own adapter and nvme ssd or I would have purchsed the Mac Mini that was already upgraded.

System was clearly labeled on outside as 512GB SSD MacBook Air i7 early 2014, 8GB, however it arrived with 256GB SSD. Gainsaver was very prompt in issuing $75 refund for the difference (12 hours), which is ok with me given the price of the unit. The unit itself is in very good condition. Thank you!

The laptop was delivered faster than expected. It looks almost new. I was a little bit afraid to buy a refurbished apple but I am not disappointed for the time being. I only had it for a day but I've been able to put my backup on the laptop and just use it like the one it was replacing. I will definitely buy from this seller again
