To enhance customer service and ensure your package is being delivered safely and confirmed to your address. We will be shipping with a status of; Adult Signature Required on all of our shipments.
This means that you will be asked for government id on delivery and someone of age being 18 years or older with Government ID matching the confirmed address of delivery. This is for your security and ours. This is verifying the delivery and receipt of the product. We do NOT drop any packages at the door at all due to the value of the items we ship. We do not redirect any packages to another address at all.
