After purchasing, the tracking almost imminently went to "In Transit" Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet. A week goes by and after reaching out to customer support the seller stated they ""don't know where my package was"" and would send out another immediately but they were out of stock (despite the website saying in stock) Ultimately Newegg is issuing me a full refund on the seller's behalf since they have not honored the refund but instead left me on read. Do yourself a favor and do research on sellers on Newegg marketplace for it wasn't until after I read many others experiencing the same issue.

Have had to chase them for answers for over a week, no response.

The only issue is that these G.Skill Ram sticks are only Single Ranked, even though they are double sided. I wish RAM manufactures and Retailers would advertise this Technical detail. This G.Skill RAM works as advertised. It is pretty fast, even though it is only Single Rank.

I think I had a bad experience with a poorly trained summer employee. The item I ordered threw a "Delivery Exception", which can mean a lot of things, including a package that is misplaced, mislabeled, or mishandled in some way. It was eventually found and shipped, then a customs broker wasn't properly setup and the duties weren't payed. After contacting this seller that was also sorted and I eventually received my package, about a week late. However, at each inflection point in the comedy of errors, this seller accepted full responsibility and took immediate action to rectify the situation. They were professional, courteous and resolved every problem pretty promptly. So as much as it might fit the tenor of the times to tell everyone how badly they sucked and how I'd never buy from them again, the truth is I'm ok with the final outcome, and I would absolutely purchase from them again. Hopefully the next time won't be as much of an adventure...

Product delivered earlier than guaranteed and was exactly the item I was looking for (not trivial to find new at the time of the order); very reasonable price; product well packed. I ordered this motherboard the 28th of September worked perfectly fine till yesterday where I left my pc on all night because sometimes I do that by accident. And when I woke up my pc was off and wasn't turning on I tested my power supply it was working so leaves the motherboard to be the problem

Did not receive item ordered, received fan cases instead. Asked if the cases were part of the item I had ordered. Customer service team sent back a vague email neither confirming nor denying if the fan cases are part of the product or sent in error. They asked me to submit an RMA. Not sure if they sent me the wrong item or if they only sent me part of the order. Been a week, no update.

Work as it should, got quick

First, I got a great low price on an HP Certified Refurbished LapTop (seems to come with some sort of HP Warranty); at lower than what the go for frome HP Online Store. It was packed same as a NEW computer, arrive in pristine condition; and took Win11 update, plus all my old settings/apps straight away!!! This is amazingly light-weight, big easy to read 17" TouchScreen, and at 12GB with quad core i3 CPU; this laptop is great for a Senior like me. Geat sounding speakers, 5g wifi, USB-C, WebCam; but no Ethernet or Memory Card Reader (can be bough as USB accessory these days). No DVD either, but with everthing online who needs it? They have to cut a few things to keep this model so very thin and light-weight!!! I'm so pleased with "Hot Deals 4 Less" and as usual NewEgg is my #1 goto for computers, and parts, for their no fault RETURNS policy.... Although A-m-a-z-o-n is a close #2. ;-)

The shipping label was raised very soon after the order was placed, but the shipment took days to get moving. In the end it arrived two days before the last day of the published delivery window. Apart from the initial shipping uncertainty the transaction was perfect. I recommend this seller and would buy from them again.

I have no issues buying from HD4L. The item was packaged well and arrived quickly, but, if u need to save a few bucks then search more thoroughly and/or wait for the item you're looking for to go on sale. Thanks HD4L (now let's see how long the item lasts, which has nothing to do with HD4L)
