Scammers and no customer service!!

I was hoping a Canadian company would be more forthright? The phone is just too simple! I thought i could switch back but I can't so I tried to return an I'm ineligible? May have been more than a month but it took me 3 weeks to go get my simcard out of my android to try out the newegg. I had the card in for less than a day. Now I can't talk to anyone ? Sad, sad, sad! BBB is next!!!

I bought one of the phones with the large buttons so my wife could use it without her glasses. I contacted the company on their website to make sure that my service provider would work with the phone and to make sure that the SIM card would fit. I bought the phone through Newegg.ca because free shipping was provided. The phone arrived on time. I tested the phone when it arrives and then waited a week until my wife's birthday to give her as part of her present. So far, so good. :)
