I would recommend this supplier as they handled the problem I had efficiently. The Heat Gun Quality was good but the accessories did not fit the Gun. Poor product Quality control. Also, the Manual was mainly written in Chinese and of poor quality. Pictures were smudged and illegible. Considering it was sold in Canada it should be written in English or French. The supplier is in the process of replacing the attachments or they said they would be happy to have me return it at their expence if not satisfied.

Battery was to be a replacement for Peg Perego 12V 12ah. It arrived failrly quickly and in good condition with a nice discount offer for quick re-orders. The battery terminals on the original have a larger connection on the positive terminal so the harness isn’t an exact fit. But it does connect well and seems to hold. Unsure if this will be an issue over time. May potentially make a loose connection more possible.

If you contact the customer service you only get an standard answer back. Nobody read your conversation what took place before. They want that you send them pictures, but they can not receive them. We did send couple times pictures what they requested until they realize they can't receive them. This alone took them couple days. We purchased an DRL Module what was not working. In the End we noticed that the Label on top off the Module was not what was describe underneath. Maybe the issue is that somebody scammed us. And we didn't get an DRL Module. But they don't care about this. Still they requested picture to show that this module is not working. But how can you show them that an electric Module is not working on an picture? Worst experience! I would never buy from this Third party seller again.

It does not look like it could resist great winds or the wear of 10 years, but at that low price, it is a really good bang for the buck. The mechanisms are ok (raising/lowering and reel), but not perfectly fluid and easy to use. But again, for 100$, it is not a concern.

The company: - I ordered one helmet, I was charged for and sent two. - Got in contact with Kapscomoto, received replies after a whole week. - They will return one helmet but will not pay for the return shipping, even though it was not my fault. The helmets themselves: - The mesh guarding the vents was caved in on one helmet. - One of the plastics that cover the vents was stuck closed on the other. Should have listened to all the other reviews on the internet about this company, no wonder they slashed 70% of the price on the helmets. Terrible, terrible company with terrible products.
