The parts I ordered were for my first tower-style PC, and my second PC ever. Parts were here on time, in good condition, and everything worked properly.

All of the parts for my last build shipped quickly except for the one from Kindinformatique, as they use UPS as a carrier. The UPS delivery was by far the last to arrive, was the most expensive, and their web site wouldn't give me an estimated arrival date. Would buy from this store if I could go there in person, prices are great.

This seller sold me a product, I received the product. The only thing to sway "good or bad" was the product was cheaper than from other sellers. I was still getting gouged, but not being gouged more than the next guy it the only thing to say in their favour.

Was quite happy with my product. It was late getting to me but there was floods and washed out roads during this time (living in BC) that are out of the sellers and shipping's control. Overall it was a good experience and I would order from them in the future.

We purchased an ASUS MB for a Christmas gift. Ordered late November to ensure we gt it on time. Opened it on Christmas to find out it was defective. KindInformatique would not take it back as the 30 days had passed - most companies extend their return policy for Christmas - Stay away from this company - and shame of NewEgg as they would not help either.

I would recommend as they really had the GPU I ordered instead of just grabbing my money pretending they had one like all the other chinese sellers.. Arrived 1 day before due date and well packaged.

Yes, I recommend this vendor: KindInformatique! Yes, I recommend especially based in Canada! yes, I received it in 3 days via Purolator (Canada) I could not contact the service as the product was in perfect condition (20 Oct 21 to 10 Dec 21)

The delivery was here on time. However I don't understand why the business decided to use UPS instead of Purolator. I mean we live in Canada, why is there such a high shipping fee? Another issue is when I received the item. It claims it's new but the adhesive tape on the box barely had any, as if it had already been opened and someone tried to re-glue it. I contacted the seller and they tried to claim it's because ASUS' products happen to do that. I'm not sure but I never encountered such an issue in my 15 years of buying PC parts. The item had two small defects on the backplate. Maybe it is strictly a manufacturer issue, I have no idea. The seller was willing to return it and offered decent customer service. Sure I can return the item but seriously, you know how hard it is to get a graphics card right now? Not a fan of the price gouging either.

I would recommend this seller to others. Products came exactly as advertised and within the expected time frame. Packaging was satisfactory. The price of the GPU I purchased was even at the lower end of the "scalper price" scale compared to the exact same (or similar) GPU's sold by others, however it was still definitely a very inflated price. Such is the market at the time of writing this review.
