Shipped fast, arrived quickly, item as-described. Customer service was responsive. I took one egg off because their Price Guarantee does not apply to Marketplace orders. If sold directly from Newegg you are covered by Newegg. Or if you order direct from Lenovo you are covered by Lenovo. But the price on my item dropped only 4 days after I made the purchase, and they would not give me price protection due to this marketplace loophole. They offered a free return so I could re-order at the new price, but this is not the same as price protection for several reasons. This is actually written in their Price Guarantee policy, i.e. it does not apply to marketplace orders. It should be stated more clearly in my opinion. So be careful when ordering from this marketplace seller and ensure you are ok with having no price protection on your purchase before you buy. I'm otherwise happy with the order.

Ordered on Oct 29th and received it on Nov 18th. Vendor was Lenovo Canada but it was shipped from the US. Sat in a UPS warehouse in Canada for two weeks because of a documentation foul-up. Updates from Lenovo mostly consisted of them saying they were checking or waiting for a response from UPS.

I would recommend this seller to fellow Neweggers! The sound quality through these phones is very good if nor excellent for such a small device.

Fast shipping, well packaged, as described. Adaptor is perfect fit for Lenovo 300e mini notebook.

They do not honour what they sell. Had to return as they didnt want to send me what I paid for

Found a choice of sources for delivery, chose Lenovo direct and got the fastest USA to Toronto shipping in my experience, sent via UPS, online tracking was excellent. The M9 tablet worked well at once, and is very serviceable.

They made a mistake generating the shipping labels for UPS to ship me the laptop I ordered. Rather than notify me that there was some kind of error, they did nothing and let the laptop sit in a warehouse for weeks. After realizing the shipment was 2 weeks late, I finally grew impatient and inquired about its whereabouts. The customer service agent responded accusing me of having provided the incorrect shipping information. I asked what was wrong and pointed out that I use this exact shipping address without issue very often. They responded saying that they'll resend the laptop, not acknowledging that clearly they made a mistake generating the shipping labels. After an additional 3 weeks, I finally received the laptop. This was my first time buying from Lenovo. They demonstrated awful organization and customer service.

I bought the same bag 3 years ago, after this long it is broken. In the mean time, I bought the B215 (not the same quality and smaller... Don't go there!). Now this B210 is same size / quality as my old one, I should be good for 3 more years! : -)

I would recommend people stay away from buying from Lenovo Canada on Newegg. It was a tedious process contacting support and painfully slow. UPS wouldn't deliver to my address due to a broken buzzer I did not know about until after the first attempt. Suddenly they aren't able to and need further instruction for delivery. I contact Lenovo Canada support via Newegg to request a hold for the package or to send it to the nearest UPS Store for pickup. I go back and forth with Lenovo Canada as I have to ask for any updates. They state that my package has been delivered to the UPS Store near me and available for pick up contrary to my tracking number showing no update since the request for delivery change. I check in with the UPS Store who stated that they haven't received any package and even allowed me to check myself. I inform Lenovo Canada of this who apologized and informed me that they would work with a product manager to see if they could get me a similar model as the model I purchased was now out of stock. This took multiple business days until I heard back with them saying they were unable to find one and will be issuing a refund.

Wrong picture in the item's description, I tough I bought a backpack but in fact it was a side bag. They sent me a shipping label and refound me, but now I have to buy another backpack.

Seller, it takes forever to process a refund, so be aware if you order and aren't satisfied, this whole process can take weeks, and there are almost no confirmations for anything, no confirmation of receipt, no confirmation of processing, and you can't reach out to Lenovo Canada, because they can't help you either.

Love the keyboard/mouse and the mouse pad. Everything works fine. Will reccomend

Very impressed with the prompt service, especially the order was shipped from U.S. My husband was very pleased with the Lenovo computer bag, definitely will order from them again.

Never received the order. Was either stolen or delivered to the wrong address. Thanks to Newegg.ca customer service I got the refund
