Overall Review: Bought a refurbished Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon 7th Gen laptop. Description said good condition, but it appears to be in excellent condition, cant see any flaws anywhere on the laptop. Arrived securely packaged and the laptop itself was very clean. All specs listed in the product description were accurate. MCI promptly and clearly answered all my questions before and after purchase. Ordered on Saturday, it shipped Monday and arrived Tuesday (in Montreal). Spent the last week testing it. Its really fast and the battery is also in good condition. It went from 80% to 20% in about 4.5 hours while i was setting up various software and personalizing it (while screen was on full brightness and keyboard was lit). The 65W cable charged it up very fast, less than an hour. Overall, VERY happy with this purchase, great value for my dollar.
The laptop I ordered had a completely dead battery and would not charge no matter what I did. So not very happy with the quality of the item sent but I did give two eggs for the easy return.
Brand new laptop has fully discharged battery. You need to charge it for 24 hours.
Everything as described, great value for refurbished price. Had a touch screen which I didn't realize when purchasing, was a nice surprise.
