Tried to contact memory express to RMA a faulty motherboard, was asked for pictures which I provided than was stonewalled with auto reply emails, don't give them your time or money.

Shipping was fast and on time. All products arrived as advertised. Will definitely order again. Very happy.

If I could give zero star, or a minus rating, I would. I've been using Newegg for years. My shipping address has always been a PO Box since Canada Post does not deliver to my street address and they gave me a PO Box for free. When I order stuff, I always put in this PO Box number unless I know they're using a courier. This PO Box address has been my default shipping address at Newegg since day one. But when I ordered this item from this merchant, the smartasss website did not let me use a PO Box address. I was trying to put my street address in, and put POBxxx on the second address line. That was still rejected. I thought ok, they are using a courier. So I just put my street address in and assume they would use a courier, as in the cases of other retailers. But lo and behold, they used Canada Post! I emailed them and they were so arrogant saying my shipping address was put in wrongly, if the item is shipped back to the sender because they can't reach me, I would lose the shipping charge. It wasn't my fault that they did not take my PO Box address as the shipping address. My street address was not an incorrect address but they did not use a proper carrier to deliver. So I was going to file a credit card chargeback should the item not go to me. The saving grace is that I am very well known in town at the post office and I talked to the guy there. Before they returned to sender, they put it in my PO Box for me as a courtesy. I shouldn't have to do this but I just didn't want to have to spend time explaining to my card company and request a chargeback. But after this incident, I am not going to use this merchant any more. Their communications were arrogant and unhelpful. This is not the way you treat your customers.

This is a very nice kit, I got Micron die, witch is not bad and overclocking was really easy with the XMP profile 10/10 will buy again.

I've watched several videos where these fans were compared both in noise and cooling performance to the infamous Noctua's, but at a much lower cost. Have to make sure to get the right ones as they all look alike and come in DC, PWM, etc. Only have them installed for a few days but the build quality seems high and they are performing as promised. As noted in some reviews, there is a slight motor hum around 1000 RPM, but other than that they operate quite silently when PC isn't under load.

I’ve called the MSI GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER with the twin frozen 7 and rgb lights. For the same price the ship me the one who don’t have the twin frozen 7 and no rgb light. So watch out.

They keyboard has Opened Box and sell as "NEW". It is unbelievable and send a request of replace and refund claim. Now I wait for 3 days, Memory Express still not reply. Beware with this seller, This is not a good faith business conduct.
