The computer is great, but it looks like it hasnt been cleaned properly. They keyboard still had debris and grime from previous use. Otherwise great. Arrived way sooner than I expected and works really well.

I have only had excellent experience. Now the product was just fired up, but this is my second, and the first I purchased earlier this year and it works very well. I have had zero problems. Also, in 2012 I purchased parts and my son and I put the computer together and this year it was upgraded to windows 10, and I must say it is still working very well. I will always buy from Newegg, and MicroDeal USA Marketplace is an excellent supplier, Thank You.
I can recommend the seller, not problem there as they even provided some extra's I needed like a keyboard and mouse which I was surprised to find. I have only used it for a about a week now and so far I like it.
Item came well packed but didn't include the proper adapter. Called and the adapter was sent and received very quickly. Item is running very well right now.
