Of course they believe they are in the right, but the competition bureau of Canada would almost certainly disagree.

Yes, the ad says international, and AT&T being in America means it is international to Canada; but the imagery should have matched the product according to our laws here; and it didn't. It also arrived in a odd manner of seeming slightly handled by some greasy palms despite otherwise seeming new with all the peel off plastics still on it. Currently working out a return, as I do not want this product, as it is not going to suit my purposes as intended. AT&T is on the same continent, that I intend to not be on eventually, and that phone was intended for that. International in that sense, means everywhere not North America. They don't seem to want to understand that. Or accept that the unit isn't in as good of condition as they claim. At this point, I might keep it anyways, just so that they can't sell it to someone else for a higher price somehow. Check their refurbished units. As of right now, as of typing this, they are the same price tag as the new units. Fishy much?!?!? I have taken pictures, of everything I think is relevant. Just in case this needs to go to the competition bureau. Wouldn't be my first time.
