Would shop again.

Orders delayed and now charge with duty fees which was said to not be the case within the item descriptions. Sent a message to request follow up on those orders and complete silence from seller. Absolutely do not recommend seller and now trying to get my stuff refunded as to not incur more charges and having to drive around

Item was well packaged and was delivered at a reasonable time line. I went to the shop from Niagara Falls Canada when then first opened. Very nice , knowledgeable and helpful guys when I did my first liquid build.

Item exactly as described, fast processing of order and shipping - took less than 1 week to receive item in mail which is about on par for anything shipped from US to Canada.

Customer service has been exemplary. Shipping was fast. Items all perfect and working. Was confused by a listing messup, not ob their part, so they just replaced with ones I did want. No questions asked.

Good product , works well . shipping takes 4 weeks . I got all my parts to build in 4 days then had to wait 4 weeks to build cause I needed the cable splitter to set up my new fans . I would not buy again because of the shipping time . I get stuff from china all the time and it usually comes within a week .

More than a week after my order was placed with Newegg, and acknowledged by ModMyMods, no shipping information was updated, beyond "label created". So I reached out to ModMyMods to ask why the package hadn't been shipped yet. They responded promptly, stating that sometimes the information doesn't propagate from USPS to Canada post very quickly, and assured the package had been shipped the day the label was created. About a week after that interaction (and a few more friendly emails back and forth), the package arrived on time, and with the correct shipping time. Clearly, ModMyMods was speaking the truth, and it was USPS that was letting me down by not correctly reporting tracking information. In all of my interactions with ModMyMods, they were responsive, snappy, friendly, and most importantly, informative. They never once treated me like an idiot, as many customer service people do. One of the best online sellers I have ever dealt with. A++

This is a very real review

The USB 3.0 header adapter cable is well built and as listed. These are absolutely necessary when the space between the MOB USB 3.0 header and other parts of the case (fans or radiators) is restricted. Without these my computer build would have to really on just the USB 2.0 headers. The USB 3.0 would not be accessible because the front case cables on the Lian Li 011 Dynamic XL are too big and bulky to fit in tight spaces. The seller did make a mistake an shipped the wrong number of adapters but they have shipped at their own cost to fix the issue.

I'm happy with this purchase. Product is well made and works well. Will buy from this seller again.

Even during covid 19 these dudes will not only ship it forever but also will rip you off when you return something UNOPENED. They took 15% restocking fee and did not return brokage and shipping. I mean what did you expect from a New-York based basent little shop... NEVER order from these and avoid it like a plague!

waited on a ball valve for a drain on my custom loop build. so I had to build the loop without it and still took two weeks after to get here. I am in Canada but this took so long. don't count on it arriving in normal time frame.
