The Monoprice 9723 subwoofer was ordered according to the information on Newegg site. The product received from Monoprice is different than the pictures on the site. The subwoofer shape is completely different. Even the instruction included shows a different shape and the specified dimensions are also different. The worst is the delivered subwoofer makes a noise when is plugged in without the signal cables. A humming noise comes out. The noise is very quiet and doesnt get louder even when the volume is turned up. Plugging the subwoofer to another location, it still hums when there's nothing going in, the issue is probably with the sub, which needs repair or replacement.

Noticable difference between 4k at 60hz vs 30hz so this kvm fixed that. Strangely it came with 3 cat5 cables.

Ordered a simple cable was supposed to be here in 3-5 days, 3 weeks later and many messages and i am no father ahead then when i started, no cable still, and customer service sends some generic message, i am going to have to escalate this to newegg itself, never in my time using newegg with many purchases have i ever had to deal with this.
The item was shipped from another country and was located on the opposite coast to where I am located. The item arrived in less than 24 hours.
