Almost no correspondence. No tracking updates. Could not cancel order. Seller just replied that the item was shipped, so no cancellation possible. I am totally not impressed at all. Very disappointed.

do not order stuff when it made from china

I waited and waited for this Item. When I ordered the item shipping was to be about 2-3 weeks. Well I ordered this item on Christmas Day and I am still waiting for it on February 1st. Terrible!!!! My advise spend the little bit extra cash and get one that ships from North America or Canada!

I have yet to receive my order so NO i would not recommend this site to anyone.

I did not receive this item. And there is no easy way to phone a customer service representative to check in my order.

I've been waiting 3 weeks for this item and have not yet received it. I contacted customer support and was honestly shocked at how unprofessionally they communicate. Just look at the way they speak. It's ridiculous. "hi,friend,thanks for your message,could you please wait more patiently,i think you will get it soon,it maybe a little delay,if finally not get it,we will refund you,regards "

Item arrived on time, however was defective. Not just defective in the typical factory error way. The board had so much excess, overworked solder I couldn't believe my eyes. Components on the board were either melted, misaligned, or missing... One even had a screw hole in it. The 'new' unit was obviously a refurbished one, if you could even call it refurbished. That being said, their customer support was quick to respond and provide a refund. There is just no reason I should have had to. A simple quality check would have shown the unit was not fit for sale.

The most ceap item i ever seen. Not working

Need a mat but working in a tight space? You can cut this one the size you need. It's light and thin, but will absorb the shock of mech keys pretty well. My only downside is that there isn't anything to have it stick to the surface, but then it wouldn't be this thin. Great product

the box it was shipped in took an obvious beating in transit, but the product survived without damage and works fine.
