Everything worked as expected. I'm glad with my purchase. So far, So good. My only concern is, if I have to "re-install Windows" on that PC, I don't know how I would do it. And I did not contact the seller to ask him the question... Otherwise, it's a good replacement for my previous Windows 10 PC. And everything is working fine..

The picks work great. The metal flosser wire broke within minutes. Great product for what I needed which was something to clean calcified plaque off my teeth.

I originally purchased what I thought was the correct 2.0 TPM from this reseller but ordered the wrong one. My bad. I contacted them and asked me what my MOBO model was and shipped me the correct TPM no hesitation. Very good service. Definitely recommend.

dont waste your time with this vendor

I ordered a month ago, waited and waited, and today they cancelled my order. so I wasted a month for wating on these douchbags.
