this seller is selling bogus merchandise made me waste my time
I feel a little bad giving an item a bad review when it was really my shipping that caused all the issues. I had a terrible experience with DHL shipping here in Saskatoon. There was limited tracking and no effort to try and get me my parcel. I got the parcel 8 days after it arrived in Saskatoon because their first delivery attempt was at 6:30 PM to a business that shipping was closed for the day. There were no follow up attempts and trying to track down the parcel was agonizing. I don't know if I would have received it had I not been so determined to get my items. Please look to use another courier.
The seller shipped the item quickly, it was exactly as described. I popped the RAM into my computer and now the old beast is good for a bit longer. Very happy with my purchase!
Website said that all charges were included at checkout but had to pay additional duties to pick up the package at the post office.
