I purchased a refurbished Dell desktop and unfortunately there was a problem with the motherboard. I contacted the seller, they called me and then quickly contacted Dell Support (as it was already under warranty) for a replacement (the Dell technician came to my home to do the service, which was very convenient!). I would say that having that little hickup would definitely not prevent me from buying from this seller again, as the customer support from their staff (Cesar Alcala) was excellent all the way through!

Watch out for this seller does not respond to you

The machine I bought deserves the 3 of 5 eggs I left as review for the product. It functions as advertised. Condition is good albeit with a scratch or two, a DVD drive I don't plan to use that doesn't close completely flush with the case, and a missing backplate (neither of which were disclosed, but are no big deal when buying refurbished). Cons: They shipped it without a power cord (despite specifically listing one with the computer) They shipped it without a mouse (despite specifically listing one with the computer). They have since rectified these issues however is took 2 and a half weeks. UPDATE: they sent me a power cord and second keyboard... I would say communication with the company is fairly prompt, but is sparse. They seem to think they communicate more than they do. Again, the computer I got works and serves its function in my business, where a used machine saves us some money. Would I buy a refurbished machine again? Probably. From them? No.

on the description it says display port port 1,2 , 1 x HDMI , VGA optionnal . when item arrived , the was no HDMI connector , so i had to buy an adaptor to have the computer work on my monitor. I am actually waiting for it . A way to improve the description of the computer should be to add a choice to include or not the hdmi port when building the PC the same way we chose to have little or big hdd or to chose a I5 or I7 processor . I will wait until testing the computer . Maybe after i should increase the score . thanks.

Ordered and arrived in great condition exactly as described. Works great and already thinking about my next order.

At the time of purchase, the seller had listings for both the Lenovo Thinkpad T480, and the slimmer, lighter Thinkpad T480s. I did a lot of research on both products and decided that, despite the lower max RAM capacity and non-removable battery of the T480s, this model would be better for my use case. The seller sent a T480 (non-s) anyway. I was highly disappointed. The seller also did not respond to my email about my tracking number not working. Would not recommend.

Purchased a used Surface Book 2 for what I would call a bargain. Item took a while to arrive, when it did, was pleasantly surprised to find that they upgraded me from 512GB to a 1TB model - thank you. A few things to note about Price Right Computers, the phone number listed on their Newegg about us page does not work, I tried to call after 4 days of no updates, dead line. The email they provide to reach out to them is also dead, I emailed asking for an update on the shipping of the product, again four or so days after purchase, no response. Item was received, item was in excellent condition, zero complaints about the product received.

Product didn't work or turn on upon arrival

I thought I had an issue with the computer I purchased. Got a return label from Newegg and a manager from Price Right Computers contacted me on the same day to know what was wrong and make sure I would end up satisfied. Turned out my problem was temporary, probably due to freezing cold temperatures while shipping. Everything fine here. Got a good service. Funny how the computer smells like some kind of floral perfume/cleaner. I wonder if they all smell like that.

Following an error in the shipment, the customer service called me to inquire and follow up. I received my laptop in the days that followed.

Before I review this let me start by expressing my utter disgust at the rating and comments this seller got in the last 6 months .. its like some of you are living inside of a newegg box and have not heard about this well documented global pandemic. To say I almost didn't buy this machine but after reading the reviews on the last 6 months of people complaining about long covid shipping time..just wow. So here is a real review from someone who buys refurbished machines almost every month. Placed the order Friday after work. There was a problem with my order. The color was no longer available. I got a call Monday morning from the seller and the order was then shipped. The machine arrived and the packaging was great. First look I don't see any scratches.I boot to my diag tools and it passed all tests the machine runs cool so I don't have to clean/repaste. Grade A+ machine and with the SSD it works better then when it was new. Looking forward to purchase another machine from this seller.

I ordered on May 14, credit card charged on May 20. Company will not answer emails, or contact me in any way. Have been trying to get a refund but that does not seem to be working either. Its is always under review or investigation. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere

Ordered a computer over half a month ago that stated it was in stock and it still has not shipped. Newegg has been responsive when contacted but item still hasn't shipped. Phone number I was given for Price Right Computers does not get answered.

I still did not get the computer ,,,, but they took my money without question / I am a little ticked off !!!!! I contacted the seller and they did'nt respond at all .

Never shiped

The product was never shipped and I'm currently trying to get a refund through the Newegg dispute mechanism.

Never received the computer and the customer service of this company never answer me when I wrote to them.

This item does not even appear to have been shipped. It was supposed to arrive last Thursday and I was going to wait a full week before complaining (Covid's been crazy). But I basically had my credit card charged and then got no tracking info and no computer. Nothing.

Only recommend to somebody I disliked

I've not received any responses from this seller and they have withdrawn funds twice from y bank account! I've contacted Newegg 3 times and they replied, that a Label has been created 4 weeks ago and they know nothing else. I'm SO disappointed. as this was to be a learning laptop for my child, during Covid lockdown.
