I have a flickering screen from the very start that I only reported over 20 days from receiving laptop because I had not have time to play with the laptop during that time. When I started to play around with it, it was very noticeable how the screen flickers. I sent 2 messages had haven't heard back, seller ignoring. I am now stuck buying a screen replacement to fix this defective one. There is no way this laptop has gone trough a refurbished process which would have identified this flaw.

- great computer. The supplied keyboard and mouse aren't very reliable (some touches don't even work unless hard pressing) and sometimes some touches are stuck causing issues. - Computer runs really nicely though :P

The machine is the perfect size for my home arcade build. Batocera loaded and runs flawlessly. The one thing that would have made it even better would have been an option to buy the hardware without hard drive and no MS license to cut the cost even more.
