Ordered 2 HDMI cables, only $15 or so. They were good quality and showed up way ahead of schedule. I am very pleased with the seller.
The CSR called me the day after purchase. He told me the goods is out of stock, and provide the option to replace it by a new version one. I am OK with it. The products were delivered as promised.
The item was of lesser quality than depicted and advertised. Newegg's follow up and response was excellent. The customer service person I spoke with took immediate action with the vendor, however, the vendor took well over the 48 hours given to them to respond. It took them 5 days!
