The product and service quality are very BAD.
I reached out to the seller (Sell Phone Stop) and asked if the phone was brand-new and factory sealed and they said yes. I received the phone 8 days late and it doesn't have the protective plastic on the back as well as on the side like all brand-new phones should. Also there were no spare pen tips/tweezers in the box and it has the T-Mobile carrier software installed which clearly indicates, along with the lack of protective films, that it was not new but simply a good condition refurbished sold as a new phone. Will definitely never buy from this dishonest seller again.
I would recommend, if they are not in a hurry. I was extremely pleased with my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus.the only problems with (minor) was that they sent the correct Samsung charger but the cord has a type C plug on both ends. Which leaves me with a cord that can't be inserted into the charger. Oh well, I'll just pick up a proper cord. Also, I paid for express delivery and it didn't seem like that's what I got. For $9.99 I'm not going to complain, considering the good price on the fabulous phone. It sure is a beaut!

Was sent the wrong phone. Poor UPS service upon return. Heard nothing for a week after they got the old phone back.
Fast delivery, and package in excellent condition. The LG G5 delivers what was expected of it. For that price, can't go wrong. Great with Inskin protecter and Otterbox case.
Would totally recommand. I personnaly had no problem with it whatsoever and it's a very good phone.

The 1 month old new Iphone 6 is DEAD now and its not working. They are telling its Battery issue and buy new battery from local shop. Its 1 month new iphone and its can not a battery issue. The phone itself defective piece they have delivered.
I ordered a phone from them, it was saying unlocked and it wasn't. I asked for a refund, they asked me to send the phone back and I never heard back from them.
Ordered 2 items and received only one. When contacted, the company was now out of stock. Been after them for 2 months looking for my refund on the 1 item.
