UPS failed to deliver one of the three packages in my order, it was returned to the sender. The seller prompty responded to my messages and shipped it back to me within a day. Very impressed with their responsiveness and eagreness to resolve the issue quickly. Highly recommend!

I found this seller on the Internet via a targeted and was surprised to find them offering the items I wanted at a far more competitive price than other websites and the product manufacturer's website. The speakers arrived in top-notch condition with no cause for concern and work perfectly. The items shipped from Ontario and arrived the day after they were ordered. I'm very happy with the entire transaction and would happily do business with them again via Newegg or another site.

Great service, fast delivery and the product is excellent.
I had a little problem at the begining to get the sound out of slave base.... after few searches true the internet i found out few solutions to get it to work. The only actual problem is i can't set my home theater volume to same frequency for all the channels since i connected the video transfer hardware to it, it seem to drop down the volume a bit but i gess i can live with that since i can get the video and sound to second tv in another room without having to buy another decoder.
Arrived next day. Just before xmas!
