Do not purchase from OneDealOutlet Canada. They do not hold their own inventory. We purchased items "sold by" OneDealOutlet Canada, but the received items were shipped from a non related computer store.

Item was defective, emailed the seller for support, got no answer. After a week, asked for a shipping label to return item, not answer. Seller claims my emails (sent through Newegg's server) were somehow blocked on his server.

Product was great, shipping was fast but unfortunately it was delivered by throwing the box onto the front deck and they drove off... no knocking on the door or slipping the package between the door, nothing, and who throws a package like that, can you imagine if it was delicate? The vehicle said Discount on the side, I've never heard of this so-called shipping company. I would have much rather paid for a higher shipping rate than to deal with this shipping company again, especially with all the package thieves out there lately.

my order took a few extra days but it did come and was intact and exactly as described on the site. I'm happy!

Even though I ended up returning the headphones (didn't like them), the shop did a great job throughout the entire purchase and return process. Shipping was very fast, the return was also fast and I got refund very quickly. They were also very professional and helpful in all the emails between the two of us. Definitely would recommend buying from them.

I would chose another mount if I had it to do over. The point of attachment where the VESA plate attaches to the arm was loose and allowed the monitor to tilt to one side. I had to disassemble the parts and bang on the part with a hammer to repair it which also removed the paint and left bare metal exposed. It works now and at least the bare metal is behind the monitor and not visible.

I order a pair of headphones ( sennheiser Game One) on 9/8/2017 and i received it on 9/12/2017 . They work , shipping was fast , 2 business days !

I've always had issues with other types of headsets including the official Xbox One Headset that Microsoft sells. They always broke extremely easy and were very cumbersome and large for what they were. I've always trusted Sennheiser as a Brand especially for Audio devices but I had never thought of them being a gaming headset manufacturer. They have blown my socks off with the quality of the headset, not just in build but in sound and microphone quality. I was all I have come to expect from Sennheiser's business products all rolled into a top of the line gaming headset.

Even through my first experience with his seller is unpleasant I have received the replacement for the defective arm
