Item arrived in less than 2 weeks and Slava Computers customer service was great at helping me when I realized I had ordered the wrong model. Got the correct model in less than 2 weeks as well.

I got an invoice from Purolator 3 days after the item was delivered. Very Shady.

I contacted the seller but the seller never responded to any of my emails I have contacted support but also didn't help

Warning this seller will indicate a price on NewEgg and the fine print says shipping, duties and brokerage fees are included in the price. In fact upon entering the customs on the Canadian side the item is held because a declaration was far below what you paid for. Customs has a habit of holding items when they know the item isn't what the seller indicates it as.

I will not suggest this seller at all. it has one malfunctioning raid card, it sells it and doesn't replace or accept return. When I ask for replacement card, instead it refund me but charge me $45 for restocking fee on a defective item! avoid this seller at all cost as it does business in bad faith!

The delivery was very fast and pakaging was very nicly done .the seller is nice and friendly, even tried to help sorting things out with a issue but in the end i was too complicated and i had to pay some extra Duty even if it the brokerage and duty were supossed to be included in price so heads up about that

This company only want your money. I chat with them about an issue and they said they cant do anything but before the costumer service said that it will only be the campany that can do something. They just want your money and dont care about the after sales services.

This USB ethernet adapter will likely work fine for most applications but those who are looking for a specific ethernet controller for compatibility purposes do note that this is the newest revision using the Realtek 8152B controller and NOT the ASIX ax88172/ax88772 controller. These controllers are not interchangeable and for some, the Realtek 8152B controller based device will not be recognized by your equipment. Would recommend that the seller update the product images to reflect the new version to be supplied.

Seller sent an alternatively mismatching model intended for use in a different region and withheld a restocking fee after I returned the item. I ended up having to file a claim with Newegg to force the restocking charge refunded.

For starting the item came from Israel, that's not a problem but it would have been nice to know that the delivery could take up to 3 weeks. When I received the cable the main cable that power the MOBO wasn't working. I contacted the company and I get a disappointing answer like this one '' How you decide that the cable is not working ? You received 100% new item. Please check your motherboard and the power supply connectors.'' How can you say this to your clients. I mean it's a website to build computers so I think I am good enough to assemble a computer and make the required test to see if it's operating.. Overall I am disappointed by the communication with the seller and the items was way too long to arrive.

If you enjoy waiting 49 days for shipping, with zero tracking info aside from the day it shipped, then these are your guys. I will NOT be using them again.

Took nearly 2 months to get my item, that I will be returning immediately as I didn't expect to have been waiting for so long.Overall, not a great experience and will be making sure I go out of my way not to order from anymore. Initial inquiry into my item was a few weeks after I had first started the order, I heard nothing about it being shipped or any updates, as soon as I contacted them, it magically updated that it was shipped out. Heard nothing for nearly a month, contacted again, and it went to newegg, didn't get an update from the vendor directly. Kind of not expecting to get my money back.

Worst customer service! Took a month to arrive! Newegg did little to help. Ships from Israel. The worst!

DO NOT BUY from seller SLAVA COMPUTERS nor NewEGG. I received a defective videocard, the seller blames system not compatible, and charge a restocking fees, as well as having me to pay for returning the product. Have a chat with customer service from NewEgg, which is 0 helping, the agent kept reading the policy and did not help. I'm keeping the broken product because I don't want to waste more money, which is not an issue for me, but I want the world to know not buying from NewEgg in the future.

I've been waiting for my motherboard for a month and we haven't arrived yet, they're liars I lost confidence in them and I will no longer buy from them

Although shipping took very long as it was shipped from Israel to Canada, this could be due to corona virus and not the seller’s fault. Contact was replied soon after a message was sent and the support offered was helpful overall.

I will recommend this product. It works great. But the service is not up to part, the delivery was complicated (with the transport company) and I had to pay for custom & duty fees that I was not suppose to pay - it was indicated in the item description. I have not received any communication to my request to be reimbursed for those extra fees. Clearly not professional.

I email the seller after 20 days of tracking inactivity and they just told me to check the tracking. Not helpful and I get them impression they don't care about fulfilling their orders after the money has exchanged hands. Needed to file a claim with newegg. 25 days since order and I don't have my stuff or any information other than an inactive tracking number.
