I called Newegg customer service and a very helpful rep put me in touch with the sellar to explain that part of the advertised items (the mounting suction cup bracket) was not included in the delivery of either camera. The seller responded suggesting I should reach out to Canada Post and see if I have checked my mailbox (???). Not sure why the mounting brackets would be sent in a separate parcel that managed to get lost, but I guess I'll have to return the lot.

-took almost 3 months longer to arrive than predicted -the keyboard that arrived wasn't even the colourway that I ordered. so took forever and then I didn't even get what I paid for. would not repurchase
Unable to program it and unable to find Any link to program it
Needed another usb c port on the pc. This had 2 more, plus more usb... more the merrier. No issues with shipping, and I was even able to install it in my motherboard without removing the side panel! It was the perfect size I could fit through the big hole (after removing the cover over the hole) above the pci slots. My case can display a GPU up right with a riser if you so want to. I was able to fit it through that hole, fit it in slot, screw it down, and worked as expected.
I had an issue with my purchase but I had a great response from the seller and everything was resolved to my satisfaction, I would purchase from this seller again.

When cleaning ones ears with small metallic scoops, such as provided in this kit, one must be really careful. At first the scope it is a bit awkward to use After my learning curve i became quite adept. This product does a decent job. Keep children away from this tool kit, there is potential for them to harm to their hearing.
The camera need to be connect because the battery seem not hold for long time. But if you let it connect, the image is surprisingly beautiful. It's a 1080 image like they say in the description. I like my purchase.
I send two emails to company but any response since I buy. The charge of battery permit only one use and after I must recharge, it seems the that battery was not correct.
Do recommade to buy, as of myself I did repurchace a second one.
I would definitely recommend this strap for Oculus users, makes it much more comfortable for gaming and playing on the VR.
I highly recommend this product. I bought one over a year ago and it has worked very well. In fact it was more precise than much more expensive ones I have owned and It is comfortable to use. You certainly can't beat it for the price.
I ordered a mouse that worked fine for about a week or so after I received it, after which it simply stopped working (first intermittently, and then completely) unless it was plugged in - which defeats the purpose of the having a wireless mouse. I contacted the seller who repeatedly suggested that I plug it in and charge it, before they agreed to send me a replacement, but it's now been over a month since then and the replacement never arrived (conveniently making me miss the 30 day window for a refund).

The Seller was a little slow with delivery but due to the season it was to be expected. If the Documentation for the product was better instead of generic the vendor would had gotten a higher rating.
Seller says from Canada but this ain't true. Listen, maybe they are from Canada but the items are shipped from Shenzhen. So the shipping times are insane and that's why I buy from local vendors, to cut down the shipping times. This seller is playing with words or is just flat out lying. Not from canada, expect a long delivery period if you buy from them. Seller saw this review and tried to again lie about the shipping details. He said it was shipped from the USA but the package is from China.... Had to change the review from 1 star to 3 stars, the fans are great, really a good product, highly recommend. But buy them from another vendor if you want them in a respectable time frame.
