while quantity lasts for a non-Surface option, option is extremely limited, and the unit is almost new. I see some IT setup running, but a factory reset is all it takes
Two times received item both were used.ones. Seller advertized as open box but the signs and abuses show were used ones. I asked for the first one which was a defective one a repacement but the second one has obvious sign of carelessly been opened and the srews are damged.
The item was exactly how it was described and backed extremely well.
Good school laptop. Great battery life that lasts most of the day. Fairly light and compact for the price. The only downside is that the audio jack port does not seem to work, but I did not take the time to thouroughly look into this as I use mainly bluetooth earphones.

Buying a refurbish computer or laptop can be tricky cause once they fix it its not fully tested to the expectation that you wanted. But seller is did good but sellers need to detail what is wrong with the product why is it refurbished.
What more can you ask? Laptop is exactly as advertised. It was packaged very well and shipping was on time (early actually). It's in excellent condition, looks like it's new. Everything appears to work so far. Very good experience, would recommend this seller.
