There is nothing that I dislike about the product. Very well done.

Very poor communication from seller resulted in a refund from Newegg and the seller recalling their package midway through delivery. All the seller had to do was ensure the correct tracking number was entered for the order and respond to enquires in a timely manner. Would not recommend purchasing from TekBoost.

The GPU works/performs as expected. I have no issues with that. My major gripe is that the fan has a whine to it. I understand this is a refurb unit, but all refurbished parts/builds I have purchased in the past have performed like new, including in their fan noise. I contacted the seller, but have not heard anything in over a week. This is disappointing.

The seller provided very poor communications and service and support. I will rate the seller at minus star. The problem is with newegg itself as it washes it hands from any returns and problems, and asks the customer to deal with the seller. However, newegg does not say anything about if the seller does not respond and communicate and makes impossible in dealing the customer. This is unethical and dishonorable on the part of newegg. If newegg lists the products on its website and collects commissions on the sale, it should take full responsibility for it, and not to pass the buck to the seller. Return policies should be consistent and not left to each reseller to make its own without any control and accountability. You take the money in full in advance, and then customer can be stuck with a product that is not happy with for any reason and can not return and get his/her money back in full. Also, our first order was reject by visa because it was a large purchase online that we did not do before. We received an email from newegg saying the purchase was declined. We thought our purchase was cancelled. We called visa and clarified the issue. We then placed another order. The second order went through without any problems. However, the seller did something very unusual and unethical. The seller or newegg realized that it can charge the money to our visa now. The seller went back to the first cancelled order and charged the money to our visa. As a result, we ended up with two computers instead of one. You are occupied with making more sales and more money by your sales and accounting departments, without any regards for ethical and honorable business practice and customer support and service.

Great delivery times, specially to Canada. Be careful about what refurbished you buy, not everything is listed as it is.

After 3 months, both power supplies blew up in blue smoke like Will Smith in Aladdin. Was not impressed. I wouldn’t recommend buying used/refurbished parts from this Seller.

I bought a r610 dell server and shipping to canada was a breeze. It did take a bit over a week but still very happy how it was shipped.

The delivery took longer than expected so we had to re-schedule our customer's Beta test. For 2 or 3 days the UPS tracking showed no movement from East to West so I was getting nervous

Good value unit, remember it doesn't come with rails or extra drive caddies.

I bought this computer to be able to start my e-commerce business, and to slowly upgrade over time for light gaming. It is plenty powerful and more than adequate for what I need business wise, and has no problems playing older games.

I got a few rack and tower servers. The packing is amazing! Lots of protective styrofoam, custom cut to fit the server's, fully wrapped in a plastic protective bag and 0 empty space in the box for things sliding around. AKA Servers came safe and sound, if they had stock issues, they upgraded me no charge. Going to these guys for my used computer needs now!
