Based on the description as A 1 condition. I would say it was pretty close. There were a few scuff marks but nothing that bothered me too much. The product works great.

Generally I am wary of buying from any seller that isn't newegg on here, however, that proved to be unnecessary with this company. Item was shipped quickly and despite its large size, the extra shipping cost was quite minimal and very reasonable from a customers perspective Packaging was slightly damaged/knocked but that was just fine because the main item was snuggly-securely packaged, and the other boxes had their contents secured as well. Didn't like that it was styrofoam-style material used to secure it instead of any of the many alternatives that are more environmentally friendly (even non-recyclable but just less bad for the environment). Overall very happy with this seller and would consider buying products from them again in the future.

Sold me a refurb with A status yet the laptop comes apart at the seems when you open it... bottom half missing screws as well. Thanks for wasting my time and charging me 40 bucks for shipping to return your garbage product.

I got the webcam in less than 48 hours. It works as advertised and I have no complaints. Will not hesitate using Uniway in the future.

Perfect little micro pc to test Linux distributions, Windows, and some NAS software. Runs totally silent and is plenty fast for general computing tasks. Would not hesitate to buy another unit.

Newegg have offered to replace my item but haven't heard anything since speaking three days ago.

I have a community mailbox, which can be cold or damp at times. This isn't conducive to even temporary storage of electronic equipment. I will not buy from this supplier again and will opt for those who use a courier (even if it's at my expense).

In the day and age of buying pretty much everything online I don't expect much from a seller except that they deliver the product on time and in working order. That was the case here, so no complaints from me!
