My original order was shipped to an address that was more than 50km away from the address I requested in my order. It took two attempts to convince Vantrue Canada that my order was shipped to the wrong address. The Newegg customer service team was very helpful on the second attempt. I ended up getting my order shipped to the correct address 9 days after I placed the order. I'm glad that I finally received the product I ordered but disappointed that it took so much of my time to resolve a problem that was caused by this seller shipping my order to the wrong address.
We are so sorry about this, and Vantrue will pay more attention to this point, hoping to bring better shopping experience to customers
Super good dashcam with good price. I wish they had GPS mount and in car hidden wiring kit included too so I didn't need to order them separately.

The process was overall good. They had an issue with my postal code and called me from China to discuss it, which was an extraordinary step. The only issue I had was the status of the order wasn't updating in the tracking # etc wasn't correct on DHL. I questioned NewEgg why it was stuck on "label created", and they said that due to covid19 there would be delays in the shipping. Then all of a sudden I missed the delivery at home??? That was frustrating. Anyway, it was delivered again the next day.

Not for night driving cant see much and no night vision as described... support team unable to communicate... not worth the money you pay better buy a brand.

The quality of the camera is great, but the mount on it loose and the camera wiggles around a bunch when driving, wish that was a little more solid, I like the suction on it just the ball mount, at least for me was awfully loose.
