Item had some kind of short, which prevented it from holding a charge for more than 30seconds. (100% to 10% by the time you could finish pairing it.) RMA was easy and pain free. (Excellent service here.) However, I asked for a replacement item as the earbuds were purchased due to the sale price. After the RMA was initiated, I received a refund. (Item had returned to full price by then.) So, I was out time but not money. Unfortunately, I had spent time researching earbuds before selecting these, and wanted this item at the excellent sale price. As I did not feel they were worth the full price, and somewhat gunshy now, I instead purchased a different make/model to replace these. I would have appreciated it more if they had honoured the original exhange I'd asked for instead of a refund.

I believe this is a good seller. The problem is not with the seller. It is with the quality of the keyboard. I didnt bother going through the hassle of contacting the seller but the power button on this keyboard is malfunctioning. It sticks constantly. Sometimes its hard to get it off. Or you push the power button down to turn it on and it sticks down. I can use my finger nails to loosen it so it pops back up but its not good quality at all.

My item came 5 days earlier then they posted. I'm completely satisfied with my order.

It's a great little BT speaker that arrived a day early.

This item is simply amazing, especially when you consider the price. These little speakers sound very good and I would highly recommend them. I received the package on time and have no problem with the seller.

Shipped on time, probably the only strange thing was it was literally just shipped in the box the item came in with a shipping sticker on it. It's nice in a way that no extra packaging was used, but since most delivery people just drop and run - having the actual box of the item sitting in front of your house seems like a recipe for bad news!

Still havent charged them crazy battery, my charging cord is bent though, not sure if came like that or I did it, will have to buy new one when they finally die.

Not sure whose fault it is but the Purolator tracking didn't give any information, so I couldn't predict when the delivery would happen and I ended up being absent and having to wait to go pick it up at the depot. Other than that, very satisfied with this transaction.
